A message from Sara Pittelkau, Athletic Trainer, Woodbridge Senior High School
New athletes: if you are a freshman or new to Prince William County, you MUST attend a concussion seminar (as well as a current physical, 5/1/13 or later) before you are able to try-out for any sport. If you have questions, please see Ms. Pittelkau.
Returning athletes: If you attended a face-to-face seminar last year, you may complete the online concussion training with your parent/guardian at https://online-concussion.pwcs.edu/. Once completed, print the confirmation, have a parent/guardian sign it and turn it in to Ms Pittelkau.
